Fable 3 Understone (DLC) – Review – Xbox 360

Fable 3 is already an awesome game and in my opinion it’s the best one of the series. DLC is fairly common and is a great way to add content to a game after it’s released. Fable 3 has already scored quite a few DLC packages that add a little bit of extra content but honestly they really don’t add to gameplay. Recently there was a DLC pack released called Understone.

Understone allows you to venture to an underground town called Understone and adds a few extra quests you can partake in. Most are fairly simple but are actually quite fun. There is also an arena located in Reaver’s Mansion that allows you to use the Wheel of Misfortune you encounter during the story. You earn a score and based upon your score you can earn some fairly powerful weapons. There is also a shooting range that resembles the shooting range in Fable 2. You also compete for a score and can earn some nice weaponry.

Overall this is quite fun and adds a few ways to earn guild seals easily. You can repeat the shooting range and Wheel of Misfortune as many times as you like. The added quests are interesting and introduce you to areas never encountered before. You can interact with all the people and new purchase buildings. For 400 MS points this is worth a purchase.
