Rock Band 3 Squier Guitar Pre-orders

Aspiring artists take note…The Fender Squier Stratocaster Guitar and Controller for Rock Band 3 is now available for pre-order exclusively at BestBuy.com in any color you want, as long as you want black. The hybrid guitar-controller comes in at an MSRP of $279.99 with free standard shipping. More expensive than most entry-level Squier guitars, Squier’s Rock Band 3 Pro Mode guitar features a standard electric-guitar output jack for use with an amplifier as well as a built in MIDI interface which is usually only available in much more expensive guitars.

The Squier Guitar and Controller is compatible with all three consoles (Playstation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360), but requires console-specific Mad Catz Midi Pro-Adapters sold separately ($39.99 MSRP each). The Xbox 360 Midi Pro-Adapter is currently available for pre-order at Amazon.com for $29.99 with free super saver shipping.
