Modern Warfare 3 “Hardened Edition” Leaked

Yesterday, Wired.com leaked a picture of the upcoming game Modern Warfare 3′s Hardened Edition. The picture came from an anonymous source but revealed quite a bit of the special edition’s contests. It supposedly contains:

• Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 game with unique disc art.
• One year of membership in Call of Duty Elite.
• “Founder status” on Elite with exclusive in-game emblem, player card, camouflage, clan XP boost and other exclusive benefits.
• SteelBook case.
• PlayStation Network exclusive: “Animated Timeline Theme.”
• Xbox 360 exclusive: “Special Ops Juggernaut Xbox Live Outfit.”
• Limited-edition “field journal” with more than 100 pages of “authentic military sketches, diagrams and written entries 

It is interesting to see the contents of this edition revealed before the announcement and only goes to question its authenticity however all of these items do seem pretty reasonable. However, going on most other Call of Duty titles, is the additional $10-20 worth the extra add-ons? You decide.
