Xbox 360 Has Best Week Since Launch

The week of Black Friday was kind to Microsoft’s Xbox 360 with global sales likely topping one million units sold. Larry Hyrb, director of programming and by all means the face of Xbox, released the statistics on his blog.

• Xbox 360 sold more than 960,000 consoles in the U.S. alone, of which more than 800,000 were sold within a period of 24 hours – the biggest week of sales in Xbox history. (Source: Internal data)
